I only remember that: Brian propose Justin but Justin reject it and Brian said 'I love you enough for both of us'. Sometime later Justin the one proposing and he feel sorry he reject Brian once.

I think it set in the future or probably AU?

Read a fic aquite awhile ago. Just either never goes to NYC, nut Brian thinks he did. Instead Justin moves into a studio/ apartment and paints.
